These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.hellomastery.com and related services, including your purchase and use of our digital products, subscriptions, content, and participation in our online community. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

1. Acceptance of Terms. By using our website (www.hellomastery.com) or purchasing our Master Plans, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.​

 

2. Our Services.

  • Master Plans: Educational, step-by-step digital guides delivered in PDF format. They are designed for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

  • Subscriptions: Flexible options (3, 6, or 12 months) that include access to Master Plans and future updates released during your subscription.

 

3. Account Creation & Responsibilities.

  • You may be asked to create an account to purchase subscriptions or access premium content.

  • You must provide accurate information and safeguard your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for any activity on your account.​​

 

4. Digital Delivery.

​

  • After purchase, your digital Master Plan will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Files can be downloaded and stored on laptops, tablets, or phones for on-the-go use.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy.

​

  • Digital Master Plans: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee if you feel the plan doesn’t work for you.

  • Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime in your Account Page or by emailing support@hellomastery.com. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partially used terms.

  •  Please refer to our FAQ page for more information regarding refunds and cancellations.​​

6. Marketing; User Content & Social Media Agreement. Mastery does not claim ownership of any content you create and share. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs, articles, images, graphics, videos, music, audio recordings, text, files, profiles, communications, comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, concepts, questions, and data (“User Content”).

 

User Content may be:

 

  • Used on our Site, social channels, or through tools we provide for sharing.

  • Posted to your own social media accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, Pinterest, and others) using Mastery-branded hashtags (such as #mastery #hellomastery or any other promoted hashtag).

 

  • By submitting or tagging User Content, you acknowledge that such content is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You grant Mastery a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, publish, modify, reformat, distribute, reproduce, display, transmit, archive, and otherwise exploit your User Content—along with your name, persona, likeness, and social media handle—across any media channel now known or hereafter developed. This includes, but is not limited to: the Mastery website, emails, social platforms, promotional materials, printed assets, and advertising campaigns. You will not receive royalties or additional compensation for our use of User Content, nor the right to inspect or approve editorial materials where it appears. By sharing, you agree Mastery may use your contributions in both commercial and non-commercial contexts.

  • By submitting or posting User Content on the Site, on your social media accounts or through any tools or applications we provide for posting or sharing your User Content with us, you represent and warrant that: (i) you own or control any and all rights in and to the User Content, and the right to grant all of the rights and licenses in these Terms, and if you are not the holder of such rights, the holder of such rights has completely and effectively waived all such rights and irrevocably granted you the right to grant the licenses stated above without the need for payment to you or any other person or entity; (ii) you have obtained permission from any individuals that appear in the User Content to use, and grant others the right to use, their name, image, voice and/or likeness without the need for payment to you or any other person or entity; (iii) you hereby give permission on behalf of any minor children that appear in the User Content, to which you are the legal guardian, to use, and grant others the right to use, their name, image, voice and/or likeness without the need for payment to you or any other person or entity; (iv) you are 18 years of age or older; and (v) the User Content does not (a) contain false or misleading information, (b) infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, statutory, contractual or other rights of any third party, (c) contain any fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening or otherwise harassing or hateful content, (d) contain any addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or any contact information or (e) contain computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other harmful files or code. Upon request by Mastery, you will furnish Mastery any documentation, substantiation or releases necessary to verify your compliance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the User Content and you hereby agree to indemnify and hold Mastery and its members, manager, employees, agents, affiliates, assigns and licensees harmless from any and all damages, claims, expenses, costs or fees arising from or in connection with a breach of any of the foregoing representations or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.​

  • Rights & Removal. Mastery does not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or reliability of User Content, nor do we endorse opinions expressed by users. We act as a passive conduit and are not obligated to monitor submissions. However, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove, revise, or decline to display User Content at any time and without notice. You understand and agree that Mastery may not store all submissions, and you should keep backup copies of your User Content.

  • Contests, Sweepstakes & Promotions. From time to time, Mastery may sponsor promotions that require you to submit information or User Content. Participation is voluntary and subject to the rules specific to each promotion. Any personal information submitted will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.​​

 

7. Waiver of Liability. Mastery provides wellness, nutrition, lifestyle, and personal development guidance for educational and entertainment purposes only. Use of the Site is not meant to serve as a substitute for professional medical advice:

  • Disclaimer. We are not medical professionals, and our content should not replace personalized medical, psychological, or nutritional advice. Mastery does not represent itself as a physician nor is this implied. No prescription medications or medical treatments are intentionally provided on the Website. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION, CALL 911 OR YOUR PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY. Mastery reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or Plans to be provided to you that may result in a violation of these Terms, as determined by Mastery in its sole discretion.

  • Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting any diet, exercise, or wellness program.

  • By using our content, you accept that results vary and release Mastery from any liability related to your use of our products or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mastery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

  • Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.​​

 

8. Intellectual Property. All Master Plans, designs, logos, and site content are property of Mastery. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written consent.

9. User Responsibilities.​ You agree not to attempt or engage in any activity that compromises the security of our platform, including but not limited to:

  • Share your subscription login with others. Accessing data or accounts you are not authorized to view.

  • Copy, resell, or distribute Master Plans without permission.

  • Security Rules. At Mastery, we take the integrity and safety of our platform seriously. Any misuse of the Site may result in civil or criminal liability, and we reserve the right to investigate and cooperate fully with law enforcement when violations occur.

  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems or attempting to breach authentication measures.

  • Interfering with the Site’s functionality, including attempts to overload, flood, crash, or disrupt services.

  • Uploading or transmitting harmful code (viruses, worms, Trojan horses, etc.).

  • Forging headers or altering transmission identifiers in any email or communication connected with the Site.​​

 

10. Community Guidelines. When engaging with Mastery platforms (email, comments, or social media), you agree not to:

 

  • Harass, abuse, or post harmful content.

  • Share false or misleading information.

  • Violate laws or third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be settled by binding arbitration (except claims eligible for small claims court). You waive the right to jury trials and class actions.
